• Name, date of birth and gender 
• Contact details (email, phone number, address) 
• Emergency contact 
• Dance category entered and performance information 
• Payment information 
• Optional information, such as photos or videos you supply for promotion

We collect personal information: 

• When you register or enter the competition
• When you contact us by email, phone or in person
• Through our website or online registration forms 
• From third parties where you have been consented or it is permitted by law 

Your personal information is used for purposes  including: 

• Processing competition entries and registration 
• Communicating event details, updates and results 
• Managing competition logistics and safety 
• Sending promotional material (only if you agree) 

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access such as secure electronic storage, limited access by authorised staff and secure payment systems. 

We will not sell or rent your personal information. 

We may disclose your information: 

• To service providers helping with registration, judging or event logistics

If we disclose personal information to overseas recipients (for example a web service provider), we will ensure it is protected as required by the APPs and advise you of this.
